While we all are living in an era of consuming a variety of content in video, this competition is a good opportunity for you to create one for yourself and express your thoughts. This video competition will require you to create a 3-minute video on a theme:
a Video is worth a Million.
What changes do you want to bring to your community by studying abroad?
Not only it might win you a scholarship, but it will also bring you on a journey of telling a story that you may have never thought of before.

Ten scholarship prizes are awarded towards your studies in the UK at UWE Bristol. Both, undergraduate and postgraduate students have
five opportunities to win.
The 1st place prize is a £5,000
scholarship for the tuition fees.
The 2nd place prize is a £3,000
scholarship.
There are three awards of £2,500 for the third place.
You can submit your entry, if:
You are a citizen of Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Brunei, or Singapore
and living in these countries.
You want to
pursue your
undergraduate
OR postgraduate
education
in the UK.
You are not a sponsored student OR
in receipt of another scholarship/
award.

Create a 3-minute video in English on a theme:

Complete your submission by sharing the link with us by/before 30 June 2023.
The details of the submission process will be shared with the interested candidates through email.
After uploading a video (eg. YouTube, Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox, etc.), get a shareable link.
conditions to take note:
1. Only one entry is permitted per individual. The first entry will be used for judgment and any subsequent entries will be declared null and void.
2. The video must not exceed three minutes. There are no restrictions on how the information is presented and students have the freedom to be creative.
3. The video must NOT contain any offensive material or copyrighted material.
4. The winner will be judged based on creativity, authenticity, and message content.
5. Video entries of all the winners will be published on all or any digital channels (including social media), presentations, or digital assets, only for marketing and awareness.
6. Any hint of plagiarized content will result in entries being disqualified.
7. Prizes are given in the form of scholarships, towards the reduction of tuition fees.
8. The reward will be in effect upon acceptance of the offer.
9. The scholarship is not transferable to other recipients.
10. The scholarship is meant for students who join UWE Bristol on one of the undergraduate or postgraduate courses in the September 2023 or January 2024 intake.
11. The scholarship is not stackable with other types of scholarships awarded by UWE Bristol.
